در اين آزمايش به تست يك سيلندر جدار نازك مي پردازيم . اين سيلندر را بار اول در حالت انتهای باز تست خواهيم كرد كه در اين تست مي توان مدول الاستيسيته و نسبت پواسون را برای سيلندر بدست آورد و در قسمت بعد سيلندر را در حالت انتهاي بسته تست مي نماييم كه با استفاده از رابطه تنش و كرنش مي توان باخواندن كرنش در سيلندر، تنش در جداره سيلندر را بدست آوريم و همچنين با رسم دايره مور تنش و كرنش به مقايسه مقادير حاصل  از اندازه گيری و تئوری مي پردازيم .

 مقدمه

(مخازن) سيلندر هاي جدار نازك در صنعت كاربرد فراواني دارند . مخازن تحت فشاری كه براي نگهداری سيالات ( گازها و مايعات ) به كارمي روند جزء اين دسته از سيلندرها می باشند. دسته ديگری از اين سيلندرها، سيلندر های جدار ضخيم مي باشند كه به نوبه خود كاربردهای زيادي دارند . از جمله كاربردهای اين سيلندر ها مي توان به استفاده از آنها در صنايع نظامی همچون ، لوله تفنگ ، لوله خمپاره اندازها و….. اشاره كرد . در زير تصاوير مربوط به كاربرد سيلندر های جدار نازك را مشاهده مي نماييد .

    در اين بخش به توضيح موارد زير مي پردازيم :

-    تفاوت سيلندر جدارنازك و جدار ضخيم
-    تمايز مخازن باز و بسته
-    موارد شكست مخازن
-    محاسبه تنش در جداره سيلندر
